All individuals, members, and non-member users must have an account with AZA that can be accessed by logging into their "My AZA" online account. The online account allows all to manage contact information, web password, and join/renew membership. Simply log in to your “My AZA” account.
The AZA Network is an online private social networking community for professionals working in zoos and aquariums. It's the place to go to connect with colleagues of like interests, discover libraries of resources and tools, and share ideas and lessons-learned within targeted communities. Much like LinkedIn or Facebook, this resource is available online and from your mobile device. The AZA Network keeps you connected to the zoo and aquarium community 24/7. Make it a part of your daily routine and have messages delivered to your email inbox in a variety of distribution options. Login today!
Bookmark the AZA Network where you will also find the Marketplace - a buyer's guide of AZA Commercial members providing products and services to the zoo and aquarium community.
Here is a tutorial to help get you started.
If you are already logged into your MyAZA account, you can access the AZA Network from the left-hand navigation. If not, simply login using your primary email and password. All users must be registered with AZA. Not yet registered? Go here. Not an AZA member? Individual AZA members are able to enjoy more communities than non-members. Join today!
A major element of the AZA Network is the Marketplace, an online searchable buyers’ guide, allowing users to easily search product and service providers unique to the zoo and aquarium community. From nutritious animal diets to sophisticated admissions software – and everything in between –the Marketplace is a one-stop resource in procuring service providers, tools and technology right at the click of their mouse.
Use your AZA membership for free or discounted admissions to AZA-accredited zoos and aquariums. This benefit is available to Professional-level categories, as well as Student members. Not all AZA-accredited zoos and aquariums participate in this program, so be sure to check the list before you visit. It's always a good idea to call BEFORE you visit.
The AZA online Member Directory is a searchable and completely up-to-date database that includes key contact information about organization and individual members. Access the AZA Member Directory from your My AZA account. Member listings include members in the Professional Affiliate, Professional Fellow, Professional Retired, Student, Conservation Partner, and Commercial Members. Professional Associate members may view the Member Directory, but do not receive a listing.
These funds are distributed based on need, to an AZA-accredited or certified related member. The organization would apply for funds and would be responsible for determining a fair and equitable distribution of awarded funds to those impacted employees. Individual employees should work through their organization Director or Human Resources department to apply on behalf of the organization. For more information, contact Melissa Howerton.
