Denver Zoo's Guest Services department has an opportunity for a full time Bilingual Spanish Concierge-Guest Experience Expert to support Denver Zoo's mission by creating unique memories and custom itineraries for guests that include additional paid programs and experiences. Candidates should have at least 2 years of related customer service experience, have a passion for customer service and be fluent in conversational Spanish. Open until filled.
