Job Title: Keeper III
Department: Mammals (Carnivores)
Reports to: Lead Keepers and Curatorial Staff
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Status: Full-time
Animal keepers are responsible for animal husbandry (including training and enrichment), maintenance of habitats, holdings, and public areas of the assigned department. The Swing Keeper will directly report to the Lead Keepers in the Mammal Department. The Mammal Department is composed of three areas that a swing keeper may work in based on departmental and scheduling needs. These areas include Carnivores, Hoofstock, and Giant Pandas.
