Maintenance Supervisor - Myakka City, FL
Maintenance and repair of property and structures owned/operated by the Lemur Conservation Foundation in Myakka City, FL. The work includes but is not limited to conducting/scheduling routine inspections of premises and equipment; preventive maintenance; diagnosing/correcting mechanical issues; structural upkeep/repair; electric and chain link fence maintenance/repair; trash disposal; lawn mowing/landscaping/driveway upkeep; well maintenance/testing; diagnosing/correcting mechanical issues; scheduling/supervision of licensed worker(s) when required; developing and keeping current inventories and inspection schedules; and ordering required supplies. Operation and maintenance of equipment including tractors, chainsaws, generators, company truck, and all other job-related tools and equipment.
Energy, positive attitude, excellent time management skills, self-direction and organizational pride essential.
Experience Required
Maintenance experience required; trade/technical degree or maintenance certification desirable.
Further Comments
Seeking full-time but will consider part-time if required by the right candidate.
