Position: Human Resources Generalist
Reports To: Director of Human Resources
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Director of Human Resources. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: department development, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, onboarding, performance management, benefit administration, compensation, policy implementation, and recruitment/employment. This includes ensuring proper communication, understanding and application of company programs, policies and procedures. The HR Generalist will model an outstanding work ethic, excellence in people skills and have a high degree of integrity.

The position will primarily be in an office environment. Periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
