2023 Mid-Year Meeting

The 2023 Mid-Year Meeting will take place in Oklahoma City, March 25-30, hosted by the Oklahoma City Zoo and Botanical Garden. This working meeting features education, networking, and social events with more than 1000 zoo and aquarium professionals from across the country. Peer-developed program meetings, roundtables, and workshops in an interactive format challenge attendees to collaborate with one another and promise ample opportunity to learn and discuss issues critical to your institutions.

2023 Annual Conference

The 2023 Annual Conference will take place September 9-14 in Columbus, OH. The Annual Conference is the largest, most comprehensive zoo and aquarium professionals’ event in the country. Attending the AZA Annual Conference provides opportunities to:

• Explore ideas and best practices with more than 150 education program sessions, poster presentations, and round-table topic discussions;
• Discover successes and lessons learned from a community of veterans and young professionals – large and small facilities alike;
• Experience new technology and services in a diverse Exhibit Hall featuring more than 150 companies and organizations showcasing their latest products;
• Connect with more than 2,500 dedicated colleagues at AZA-accredited aquariums and zoos who share a common vision to protect and save species.
