The 2021 Association of Zoos and Aquariums Mid-Year Meeting will take place virtually due to restrictions related to the pandemic. While we all wish we could be together in-person, the health and safety of attendees comes first. The Virtual Mid-Year Meeting will provide for the ability to share information with a wider audience and allow attendees to revisit presentations they missed through recordings. Register today!
Similar to the 2020 Virtual Annual Conference, there will be two parts to the virtual experience this year:
2021 Virtual Mid-Year Meeting
April 5-9, 2021
2022 Mid-Year Meeting
April 19-24, 2022
Long Beach, CA
Hosted by Aquarium of the Pacific
The 2021 AZA Annual Conference will take place as a virtual-only conference, September 20-24. Details are still being finalized, but more information on the Call for Papers and registration will be shared in mid-April.
The 95th AZA Annual Conference took place as a virtual-only Conference, September 14-18. This was the first time since World War II that an in-person Annual Conference was not held. The virtual AZA Annual Conference brought the zoo and aquarium community together during a time when leaning on and learning from each other is more important than ever.
