Satisfi Labs and Mutual of Omaha sign-on in 2022, Event Network and SSA Group Rejoin
Silver Spring, MD (February 8, 2022) – The Association of Zoos and Aquariums is beginning the third year of its Commercial Member Engagement Council (CMEC). Inaugural members SSA and Event Network have renewed their strategic partnerships for the third year, and Satisfi Labs and Mutual of Omaha have newly joined.
The CMEC’s goal is to find the intersection between economic, environmental, and social aspects of the zoological profession’s business to set the standards for the industry in carrying out AZA’s mission of respecting, valuing, and conserving wildlife and wild places.
The CMEC continues to explore how AZA’s community of nearly 325 commercial members can align their strategies for Good Corporate Citizenship with both one another and with AZA-accredited zoos and aquariums. Good Corporate Citizenship is an evolving business practice that incorporates sustainable development into a company’s business model.
“AZA’s commercial members are invaluable to the AZA community,” said Dan Ashe, President and CEO of AZA. “We are excited to welcome Satisfi Labs and Mutual of Omaha to the CMEC, who will add value and expertise to that offered by our returning members, SSA Group and Event Network.”
Additional information about the CMEC and its members is available on AZA’s Commercial Member Engagement Council webpage.
