Senate Committee Passes Merkley’s Bipartisan RAWR Act to Combat Wildlife Trafficking

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Oregon’s Senator Jeff Merkley announced that the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, on which he serves, has passed his bipartisan Rescuing Animals With Rewards (RAWR) Act .
