AZA Animal Programs: Tip-of-the-Month

Program Leaders, mark your calendars! If you will be attending the AZA Annual Conference in Indianapolis, IN, be sure to come to the Program Leaders Meeting on Sunday, September 10 from 4-5:30pm to hear the latest updates regarding AZA Animal Programs.

Tiger SSP Vice Coordinator Announcement

The Tiger SSP is seeking a Vice Coordinator for the Generic Tiger SSP. This person must be an Institutional Representative (IR) for the Tiger SSP. They will monitor this phase-out population for the Tiger SSP and communicate with generic tiger holding institutions about their future plans for tigers. Please include a short bio (no more than 2 paragraphs) with your SSP application, including a brief explanation of why you are interested in the position.   3. A statement of why the candidate wishes to contribute to AZA as a Studbook Keeper for this species.
