Herschend Family Entertainment, one of the top family entertainment companies in the world, is seeking an experienced Guest Services Manager to lead our Guest Services team at the Adventure Aquarium on the Philadelphia waterfront. The Guest Services Manager is responsible for leading a 40+ person team to run a 7 day-a-week guest contact operation that provides an efficient, high-quality visitor experience from entry to departure. This individual will inspire and challenge teammates to develop new ways to excite and impress the guest.

As a key member of the leadership team for the fifth largest aquarium in the country; the role also requires working strategically with the other department managers, especially the Husbandry and Marketing teams. Additionally, the successful candidate is expected to advance our mission of “Creating Memories Worth Repeating” for our guests and provide a great place to work for great people.

The best candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience in customer service/ retail/admissions management position. Experience with complex ticketing systems (OMNI experience preferred) is a plus.

An undergraduate degree is required. Adventure Aquarium is open 365 days a year so weekends and holidays are a must.
