Oregon Coast Aquarium is offering two internships for college students who are interested in working alongside our aquarists. Interns will assist staff with the basic daily operations vital to our Pacific Northwest collection. Duties include food preparation and feeding, assisting with animal collection from the local bay and tide pools, and exhibit cleaning with the potential to gain knowledge in fish health evaluation/treatment and aquarium life support. A typical schedule is 7:00 – 3:30, five days a week. Interns must be able to work with our team and independently in a safe and professional manner.

This is an unpaid opportunity and housing and transportation are the responsibility of the student.
