Hotel and Travel Information
All meetings, program sessions, General Sessions, & Exhibit Hall events will be located in the Phoenix Convention Center. Accreditation Hearings will take place in the headquarters hotel, Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. For more information about the headquarters hotel, and special AZA rate, visit the hotel and travel page.
Call for Papers Now Closed
The deadline for submissions to the Annual Conference Call for Papers was Friday, April 13th. The Annual Conference Program Committee will be meeting in early May to decide the program. Submitters will be notified of the committees' decision by mid-May. A draft program will be available in early June. Be sure to bookmark www.aza.org/annualconference for the latest updates!
