Call for Papers for the 2008 Annual Conference

The AZA Annual Program Committee is accepting program proposals for sessions and posters for the 2008 Annual Conference in Milwaukee, September 15-18, 2008. The deadline for submitting proposals is Friday, March 28th, 5:00 pm EST.

The Program Committee will be meeting May 1 - 2 to discuss all submissions. Moderators will be notified of the committee's decisions beginning the week of May 5th. A draft program will be available by the end of May.

Please limit the title to 10 words. Title must describe the content of the session.

Include key points, collaborations, relevancy to current AZA issues, connections to other institutions or organizations. Maximum of 700 words.
 
3. Audiovisual Equipment

The following AV equipment will be provided for each accepted session: laptop, LCD projector and screen, microphone, flip chart and markers.
If you need additional AV equipment, please list here.
This request is subject to approval.
