Welcome to AZA's new Mid-Year Meeting with an exciting, all-new format. The Mid-Year meeting (which replaces the Regional Meetings) offers six full days of in-depth discussions and face-to-face meetings — from animal care to business operations — and everything in between.

You'll participate in multi-day workshops on a variety of topics and have lots of opportunities to explore issues, share experiences, ask questions, and be up-close with experts from the zoo and aquarium community.

Registration rates for the Mid-Year Meeting are flexible. You can register for one day, three days, or for the full meeting. Please note that registrations received after February 20th will incur a $25 late fee.

The special AZA rate will be available until Thursday, February 19th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

You can also make your reservation online. The AZA group code is "zoozooa". You can only book online if you will be reserving a single or double room. Reservations for club level rooms and suites must be done over the phone.
