Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Education, Sciences, Management); MA/MS preferred•Five years post college professional work experience (8-10 years preferred) •Work experience with AZA and/or ACA accredited facility preferred•Previous leadership experience (minimum five years)•Skilled in strategic and long-term planning•Budget preparation and revenue projection competencies preferred•Demonstrated experience with delivering exceptional programming in a zoological or other informal science programming and curriculum management and design•Familiarity with local and national standards, including common core and their link within programming •Experience running tours, camps and other fee-based programs•Demonstrated leadership skills and staff training experience•Ability to work cooperatively with other departments•Excellent communication, presentation, public speaking and guest relations skills•Strong work ethic and self-discipline•Team-oriented, with a positive, supportive attitude•Must have valid Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, and be able to meet SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment driving guidelines•Available to work flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays•Experience working small and large tractable animals preferred•Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft computer programs preferredPrimary Responsibilities:•Manage and coordinate operations of fee-based education programs •Train, develop and evaluate staff •Lead the design and development of education programs •Identify and initiate new revenue programs for the department and park•Establish and grow professional relationships •Develop, maintain and monitor budgets and profitability goals•Assist with other departmental & park responsibilities, as assigned •Responsible for the overall direction and development and advancement of fee-based products •Assure that all Busch Gardens’ quality, safety, and husbandry standards are adheredTo apply, please visit
