Salary: $72,990 - $103,648 annually

Plans, organizes and supervises all food service and catering operations at the zoo. This position is responsible for the quality, efficiency, cost control and revenue generation of food service and catering operations, including program management and budget preparation. Supervision is received from the Guest Services Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

Advanced knowledge and training, which can be evidenced by a college degree, in the function or responsibility that is to be supervised and three years of business supervision experience; or any combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job. Possession of or ability to obtain a valid driver's license issued in the incumbent's state of residency, OLCC Server’s permit and a Multnomah County Food Handler’s Certificate.
