We’re looking for a culinary leader to help grow our Food & Beverage department! As a part of our culinary management team, you will help grow our menus by creating “Signature Items”, increase locally sourced options, and help develop the Zoo’s green initiatives in culinary operations. The Culinary Manager will possess advanced culinary skills, have a passion for guest service, and an eye for creativity.

Seeking applicants who have experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurants and are up to date on dining trends. The ideal applicant will have a college degree in culinary arts and a minimum of five years culinary experience.
