The Phoenix Zoo is looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide quality guest service with the goal of enhancing guest experiences. Guest Service Ambassadors are responsible for the service of the following areas: ticket sales and scanning, stroller/wheelchair rentals, membership sales, cashiering, ticket taking and operation of Zoo-operated retail experiences including the carousel, Stingray Bay, the train station, the Camel Ride, boat rentals, the Giraffe Encounter, and other seasonal retail experiences. This is a part-time seasonal position. Minimum requirements include the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
