JOB DESCRIPTION: Directs accounting and financial functions. Oversees administrative areas and general operations of the Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center in West Yellowstone Montana has an opening for a full-time, year-round Chief Administrative Officer position. We are searching for an individual experienced in financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and cash management. This incumbent will be directly responsible for planning, directing and evaluating the accounting functions, the processing of payroll, and working closely with department heads to produce department annual budgets. The incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing several administrative functions, including staffing, employee issues, employee benefits, and the organization policies. S/he will also assist the Board of Director with meeting communication and administration.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in a business related major. Five years experience in related positions and working with Quickbooks accounting software. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
