The Arizona Zoological Society, doing business as The Phoenix Zoo, is seeking a forward-thinking Purchasing Manager. This person will work with our Accounting team to select and implement a purchasing system that will integrate with our current MS Dynamics/Great Plains system, and move our organization towards a paperless environment. This position is also responsible for vendor selection, pricing and product negotiations, developing contract management policies and procedures, inventory control of fixed assets and in-kind contributions.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing/Procurement, Business or related field, 5 years experience in purchasing or related field, possession of a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
