Metro from downtown Washington
back to topThe AZA office is located close by the Silver Spring stop on the Red Line of the Washington Metro system. In downtown, the major transfer points to the Red Line are Metro Center and Gallery Place-Chinatown. Visit the Washington Metro Web site for more information about station locations and fares.
As you exit the train in Silver Spring, turn right and follow the signs to Colesville Road North. Go down the escalator and go through the turnstile to your right into a small plaza. Cross the plaza and take the escalator or the stairs up to the higher level. Metro Plaza 2 is the building on your left. Walk along the building until you reach the revolving door. Inside the building, go past the guard station to the bank of elevators on the left. AZA is on the 7th floor, Suite 710.
From the Airports
back to topThree airports serve the metropolitan Washington Area. Besides the usual options of renting a car or taking a cab, you have a choice of taking the Metro (light rail) or shuttle bus to our office, depending upon the airport.
From National Airport
National Airport is south of the AZA offices. The Metro will take you from the airport to our office building in Silver Spring. From the airport, take the Yellow Line to the Gallery Place-Chinatown stop and transfer to the Red Line going in the direction of Silver Spring or Glenmont. Get off at the Silver Spring Metro stop.

From Dulles Airport
Dulles Airport is west of the AZA offices. You can drive, take a cab, or take a shuttle bus into downtown Washington and then take the Metro to our office. The shuttle is the Washington Flyer. There are several shuttle ticket offices in the airport and the shuttle runs regularly. This shuttle will take you to K Street in downtown Washington. Enter the Metro station at Farragut North and take the Red Line going in the direction of Silver Spring or Glenmont. Get off at the Silver Spring Metro stop.

From the Baltimore-Washington International Airport(BWI)
The SuperShuttle will take you from the airport to Silver Spring. Reservation should be made in advance by calling 1-800-BLUE VAN (258-3826).
By Train From Union Station
back to topFrom the Union Station Metro stop, take a red line train to the Silver Spring Metro stop. You should take a train that says either Silver Spring or Glenmont.
As you exit the train in Silver Spring, turn right and follow the signs to Colesville Road North. Go down the escalator and go through the turnstile to your right into a small plaza. Cross the plaza and take the escalator or the stairs up to the higher level. Metro Plaza 2 is the building on your left. Walk along the building until you reach the revolving door. By Car
back to topTake the Washington, D.C. Beltway (495) to Exit 30 - Rt. 29 South. Route 29 is Colesville Road. Travel south to downtown Silver Spring - turn right on Second Street. AZA offices are in Metro Plaza 2 (8403 Colesville Road) Suite 710, the corner of Colesville Road and Second Street. Drive one more block and enter the parking garage just before the corner of Second and Cameron Streets.
